Delivery Method

All digital outputs including but not limited to:

• Analytics reports
• AI-generated content
• Other digital information products

will be delivered electronically through one or more of the following methods:

• Email attachment
• Secure download link
• Access through our client portal
• Cloud storage sharing

Delivery Confirmation

• Delivery is considered complete when:

  • Download links are provided and accessible, or
  • Content is available in your client portal
• It is your responsibility to ensure:
  • Provided email addresses are correct
  • Your systems can receive our deliverables (check spam/junk folders)
  • You download files within the access period (typically 1-7 days)

Failed Deliveries
