Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation Window:
   • Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of purchase
   • Cancellations are only possible if work on your project has not yet commenced
2. Processing Cancellations:
   • Approved cancellations will result in a full refund processed within 3-5 business days
   • No cancellations are possible once our systems have begun generating your requested outputs

Refund Policy

1. General Policy:
   • All sales of digital services are final once output generation has begun
   • No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services
2. Exceptional Circumstances:
   • Refund requests may be considered in cases of:
     • Technical failures on our part that prevent delivery
     • Material errors in the output that make it unusable for its intended purpose
   • All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your outputs
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Output Quality Assurance

1. Review Period:
   • Customers have 24 hours from receipt to review all digital outputs
   • Any quality concerns must be reported within this window
2. Quality Issues:
   • For substantiated quality issues, we will:
     • Correct or regenerate the outputs at no additional cost, or
     • At our discretion, issue a partial or full credit for future services
   • No cash refunds will be issued for quality issues
