Token Usage Policy

Important Compliance Notice

LANDAMAX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED declares that:

  1. Our token system does not require approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as it is strictly a prepaid service access mechanism and not a payment system or currency.
  2. Tokens do not constitute money, currency, stored value, or any other form of financial instrument.
  3. Tokens cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary value under any circumstances.

Token Characteristics

  1. Non-Currency Status:
    • Tokens are strictly prepaid service access units with no monetary value
    • Tokens cannot be used as payment for any goods/services outside our platform
    • Tokens have no cash equivalent and cannot be exchanged for money
  2. Non-Transferability:
    • Tokens are permanently tied to the purchasing account
    • No transfer, sale, or gifting of tokens between accounts is permitted
    • Tokens cannot be pooled or combined across multiple accounts

Purchase & Usage Terms

  1. Non-Refundable Nature:
    • All token purchases are final with no refunds, except as noted below
    • Unused tokens cannot be converted to cash or credit
  2. Limited Exception:
    • Tokens may be recredited only in cases of:
      • Technical errors causing incorrect token deductions
      • Duplicate charges for the same service
    • Such recredits will be in token form only, never cash

Regulatory Compliance

  1. Non-Payment Instrument:
    • Our token system is designed to comply with all applicable Indian laws
    • Tokens are not e-money, payment tokens, or securities
  2. Service Limitation:
    • Tokens only provide access to our digital services (PDFs, reports, etc.)
    • No secondary market for tokens exists or is permitted

Token Pricing and Service Access

  1. Token Pricing:
    • Variable pricing: Token purchase costs may change periodically
    • Service-based fees: Access costs vary by document/service type
    • Transparent rates: Current token prices shown before purchase
    • No refunds: All charges are final after service access
    • No expiration: Tokens never expire as long as your account is active
  2. Service Access Examples:
    1 token - Basic document verification
    2 tokens - Patta document access
    5 tokens - Land maps or survey reports
    10 tokens - Property encumbrance certificate
    100 tokens - Village maps
    320 tokens - Property sale document copy
    500 tokens - AI-generated analysis report

    Note: These sample token requirements are provided as a general reference only. The actual token cost for each service will be displayed at the time of request and may differ based on document specifics and current pricing.

User Acknowledgement

By purchasing tokens, you affirm that:

  1. You understand tokens have no cash value and are non-refundable
  2. You are not purchasing tokens as an investment or payment instrument
  3. You accept that tokens are solely for accessing Landamax services
